Abstract
Fodder resources in cattle farms are not complete and stable because many agricultural organizations are cultivating mainly grain crops and the quality of fodder, especially enriched with proteins, sugar, carotene, has decreased. In a market economy, agricultural producers are looking for ways to reduce costs and obtain cost-effective, competitive products. The use of natural growth stimulators can help them to achieve this goal by getting additional crop yield, reducing the costs of mineral fertilizers and plant protection products. In Kazakhstan, such legumes as alfalfa, sainfoin and sweet clover play an essential role in providing highprotein fodder. In the conditions of Northern Kazakhstan, the cheapest protein was obtained from perennial legumes, including sweet clover that could be a promising crop for the region. The increase of tillable lands and productivity reduced because of absence of certain agrotechnical crop cultivation and scientific recommendations. The data of this study reflect a specific pattern that the growth stimulators could increase the field germination and seed productivity of sweet clover.
