Abstract
The present investigation entitled âResponse of Solid and Liquid Organic Nutrient Substances on Growth, Yield and Quality of Broccoli (Brassica oleracea var. italica) var. Palam Smaridhiâ was carried out at Horticulture Farm, Department of Horticulture, Rajasthan College of Agriculture, MPUAT, Udaipur during Rabi season in two consecutive years 2023-24 and 2024-25. The sixteen treatment combinations, comprising four kinds of solid organic substances and four liquid organic substances was evaluated on broccoli crop with three replications under factorial randomized design. Results showed that among solid organic substances application of O2 treatment (i.e. Poultry manure 50% + Vermicompost 50% equivalent to 100% RDN) and among 16 treatment combinations, treatment O2 L3 [i.e. Poultry manure 50% + Vermicompost 50% equivalent to 100% RDN with Cow urine-based bio stimulants (15%) at head initiation and 15 DAHI] factor that it was recorded superior in terms of different growth characteristics of broccoli.
