Abstract
The field experiments were conducted at the Agronomy Research Farm, Acharya Narendra Deva University of Agriculture and Technology, Ayodhya during the year of 2024-25 for the integrated use of Chemical fertilizer with Nano Urea & DAP, which enhances the Wheat crop growth. The focus on sustainable agriculture compares the impact of chemical fertilizers, Nano-Urea, and Nano DAP on the growth and production of the wheat crop. The results show that Nano-urea and Nano-DAP significantly outperform chemical fertilizers, improving yield and growth indices. The enhanced nitrogen absorption efficiency demonstrated by nano urea promotes robust plant development and yields grain of superior quality. Nano DAP exhibits remarkable efficacy by boosting photosynthetic efficiency, encouraging root development, and improving nutrient uptake, all of which increase wheat production. To maximize the output of Wheat crops, response of Nano Urea & DAP and Biofertilizer was incorporated within soil to evaluating the growth and yield of soil qualities. The results showed that the range of Plant height was recorded (80.24 to 102.33cm) from control to harvest stage, range of Numbers of Tillers (m-2) was observed (324.35 to 432.97) from control to harvest stage, Dry matter accumulation was recorded at range of (947.45 to 1325.59 g-2). Yield attributes like Highest Grain yield was recorded at T8 @T4+seed treatment with Azotobacter and PSB @200g/10 kg seed (60.37 q ha-1), Maximum Straw yield at T8 @T4+seed treatment with Azotobacter and PSB @200g/10 kg seed (81.56 q ha-1), Highest biological yield in Wheat crop at T8 @T4+seed treatment with Azotobacter and PSB @200g/10 kg seed (141.93 q ha-1) was observed during the research trial. Applying of Organic sources of nutrients, i.e biofertilizer and Azotobacter enhance the microbial activities as well as improve the soil fertility of soil. Phosphorus is an essential nutrients which enhance by the help of Phosphorus Solubilizing Microorganism which increase their mobility within the soil.
