Abstract
An overlooked rare orchid, Bulbophyllum depressum King & Pantl., was recollected after a gap of 127 years from Meghalaya, India. A detailed description, photographic plate and relevant notes are provided for its easy identification. Furthermore, the lectotype also designated for the name B. depressum.
