Abstract
Aquaponics is now a name of promising technology in where microbes play an essential role for producing two different types of crops from one field. Utilizing an antibiotic for healing the fish disease in the aquaponics system can ruin the whole system drastically. The Occurrence of dropsy and its control action during aquaponics operation is a tricky process. Monitoring the daily behavior & physical appearance of fish, diagnosis the causative agent of a disease, immediate isolation of diseased fish and proper treatment with meditative feed could save the crop from severe damage. In the aquaponics system, histology of diseased fish tissue also helps to identify the condition of internal body organ after an infestation of disease and take initiative according to its severity.
