Abstract

A study conducted at Rajasthan College of Agriculture, MPUAT, Udaipur during year 2022-23 and 2023-24 investigated the effect of sulphur, phosphorus, microbial consortia and biochar on growth and yield of garlic with twenty treatment combinations including four doses of sulphur and phosphorus and 5 levels of microbial consortia and biochar, results of two year experimentation (2022-23 and 2023-24) and pooled basis were found that application of treatment A2B4 sulphur 75% + phosphorus 75% + sulphur oxidizing bacteria + phosphorus solubilizing bacteria and biochar increased the fresh weight of leaves and bulb yield t ha-1 of garlic, whereas minimum days to emergence and days to maturity were seen with individual treatments A3 (100 per cent sulphur, phosphorus) and B4 (sulphur oxidizing bacteria + phosphorus solubilizing bacteria and biochar).
