Abstract
In the present investigation, a study is made on interaction of Dopamine Hydrochloride a drug â¢:;elong-,ing to the neurotransmitters with blood (pharmacokinefics) in teials of UN-Visible spectroscopy. Blood-drug interaction is a method of analysis to understand how an administered drug is handled by the body. The pharmacokinetic properties of a particular drug basically related to its absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion. An understanding of these drug properties is essential for proper usage_ In the present investigation, Dopamine Hydrochloride was administered to the living s,-stem (non-human) and blood samples were collected at different time intervals. The blood was diluted and the spectral measurements have been made using UV-Visible spectrophotometer.
