Abstract

Two Aspergillus niger isolated from soil and phylloplane were characterized using Restriction site scoring and DNA Molecular weight comparision. Variation among the Aspergill-us niger could be observed. Restriction enzyme analysis and DNA molecular weight showed difference among the isolates.
