Abstract

This study was done to evaluate the impact of integrated nutrient management on baby corn soil fertility in southern Telangana. The experiment, using a randomized block design with seven treatments in three replications, showed significant differences in all treatments. Treatment T3 (75% RDF + 5 t/ha FYM + 1.5 t/ ha Vermicompost + 5 kg/ha Azotobacter) yielded the best results, including higher plant height (190.67 cm), earlier detasseling (47.04 days), silking (50.33 days), and harvest initiation (54.07 days), and a longer harvest duration (21.17 days). Yield parameters also favored T3 with the highest number of cobs per plant (3.68), maximum cob weight (95.67 g with husk), and highest cob yield per hectare (5.82 t/ha).
