Abstract

Silver nanoparticles synthesized from Aegle marmelos fruit showed strong in vitro antidiabetic, anticancer, and anti-periodontal activity. Characterization was done using XRD, UV, FTIR, SEM, and EDX. Maximum inhibition was 72.56% (?-amylase), 71.55% (?-glucosidase), and IC50 of 7.78 µg/mL against MDA-MB-231 cells. Antibacterial zones ranged from 7-9 mm against key oral pathogens at 100 µg/ml.
