Abstract
In the present day, urbanization is a boon as well as a hazard to humankind. It exerts great economic pressure affecting the overall health of the ecosystem. The ever-increasing population has greatly burdened the earthâs atmosphere. Sustainable urbanization may play a vital role in the city ecosystem management. Butterfly Park, as a complex urban ecosystem initiative can make a big difference in creating a healthy disease-free environment and promoting green infrastructure in developing cities. The main idea behind the paper is to address the establishment of Butterfly Park as one of the substitutes to mitigate environmental impact due to urbanization, raise awareness about conservation among locals, and encourage them to use sustainability as a role model in the required field. The major issue is the involvement of local stakeholders and locals, who are true policymakers, to formulate strong strategies for conserving beautiful pollinators through sustainable management. When they are effectively involved, this would help in sustainable development of the environment by fostering awareness, encouraging participation, improving policy, and aiding sustainability.
