Abstract
A field experiment was conducted at the ITM University Gwalior during Rabi seasons of 2022-23. There were ten treatments imposed in experiment viz., T1 - Control, T2 - 100% RDF, T3 - 100% RDF + Rhizobium, T4 - 100% RDF + Rhizobium + PSB, T5 - 75% RDF + FYM 10t ha-1, T6 -75% RDF + Vermicompost 5t ha-1, T7 - 75% RDF + Rhizobium, T8 - 75% RDF + Rhizobium + PSB, T9 -50% RDF +Rhizobium+ FYM10t ha-1, T10 -50% RDF + Rhizobium + Vermicompost 5t ha-1. These treatments were evaluated replicated three times in randomized block design. Application of 50% RDF + Rhizobium + Vermicompost 5t ha-1 (T10) recorded significantly higher almost all the yield viz. seed yield, stover yield and biological yield and maximum values of gross return, net returns and benefit: cost ratio at par with 100% RDF + Rhizobium + PSB (T4) and lower was recorded with control.
