Abstract
A field experiment was carried out in open field condition at Research Farm, under Mandsaur University, Mandsaur (Madhya Pradesh), India to study the effect of foliar spray of nano fertilizer on Growth of Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.), during Rabi season of 2022-2023. Wheat (Triticum aestivum) cv. (Lok-1) was laid out in Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 08 treatments in 3 replications, accommodating Spacing (Row x Row) of 20cm with net plot size of 10.8 m2. From the analysis of variance (ANNOVA) a noteworthy amount of variability was observed among all eight treatments and all the seven quantitative character studies. The present study revealed that the application of 100% NPK + 2 spray of nano fertilizer is more advantageous in terms of growth and productivity. Again it delivered maximum gross return and net return along with better benefit cost ratio. Hence it was found that, 100% NPK + 2 spray of nano fertilizer is a more systematic management of nutrient for the sandy loam soil of Mandsaur area of Madhya Pradesh. This study suggests the application of supplementary dose of nano fertilizer along with chemical fertilizer in order to enhance the production and productivity of Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) at Mandsaur and their nearby areas.
