ANALYSIS OF STUDENT UNDERSTANDING OF BIOLOGICAL LEARNING MODEL USING CURRENT MUSHROOM MEDIUM (PLEUROPTUSOSTREATUS) AS SOGER MEAT

Abstract

The aim of the study was to produce innovative products for students and the community in utilizing oyster mushrooms (Pleuroptusostreatus), so that the oyster mushroom soger product (Pleuroptusostreatus)can be enjoyed by all circles, especially the lower class society. This research includes Quasi Experiment Research (quasi-experimental research) through a quantitative approach. The population in this study wasXI grade students of SMAN 1 Samarinda, XI grade students of SMAN 2 Samarinda. The research design uses a non randomized Control Group. The technique of collecting data uses observation sheets /questionnaires and documentation. The procedure of this study includes planning, implementation, and analysis. The observations of the students showed that 60.10% still lacked innovation in utilizing oyster mushrooms and 70.00% of students rarely consumed oyster mushrooms. From the results of observations the needs analysis shows that students need innovation in the use of oyster mushrooms so that the learning material is more varied.
