SOURCE MATERIAL FOR LENTIL SELECTION IN THE CONDITIONS OF SOUTH-EAST KAZAKHSTANAlma Zhumabaevna Saikenova, Taken Nurgasenovich Nurgasenov, Mukhtar Sarsenbekovich Kudaibergenov, Mirjana Vacic and Bakytzhan Rakhmetolinovich SaikenovAbstract This article presents the results of the study of lentil collection samples on two arable land backgrounds of South-East Kazakhstan. The data on the phases of development and signs of lentil productivity is given. Highly productive samples of lentils were selected. In conditions of semi-secured dry-farming land: LC046000223L, LC046000103L; in the irrigated area: 23108; K-184;39229; 39113. There are also samples for economically valuable traits and properties that are proposed to be used in breeding programs.
