NURGALIYEVA, U.S. TASTAGANOVA AND A.K. KHAMZINAAbstract Based on the epidemiological monitoring in 2015-2016 at the farms of the Almaty region, it has been established that campylobacteriosis is present in the nosological profile of infectious diseases of cattle. Analysis of comparative diagnostics of cattle campylobacteriosis in microbiological and serological tests (EIA) has been presented. In studying with the use of 5'-Taq-nuclease real-time PCR analysis, the sampling confirmed sensitivity and specificity of 5'-nuclease analysis by detecting additional 7 heads of cattle positive for campylobacteriosis, which had not been detected by isolation of the culture. The unevenness of the territorial distribution of cattle campylobacteriosis pathogen that depends on the population and peculiarities of the epizootic process requires accurate diagnostics with the use of highly specific test systems; activities aimed at eliminating the source of infection have been taken.
