RESIDUES OF HEAVY METAL MERCURY IN TOAD AND HEN COLLECTED AROUND SHRIRAMPUR, MAHARASHTRAA.J. DHEMBARE AND G.M. PONDHEAbstract In the present study, bioaccumulation of mercury is analyzed during December-1995 in differnt organs as liver, kidney, brain, muscle, lung, intestine of toad and hen. Mercury was found to accumulate more in liver and least concentrated in muscles of both animal studied.
