SAMY SELIM, MONA WARRAD AND NASHWA HAGAGY

Abstract

Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella enterica were isolated from different sources of food in Egypt. The capacity of isolates to manufacturing proteolytic enzymes was tried. The identification was set by microlog 34.20 system and 16S rRNA. Sensitivity assessment for the strongest proteolytic species to twelve of antibiotics. Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella enterica were susceptible to Norfloxacin and Ciprofloxacin respectively. The data exhibited that meat, cooked food products, and milk were most generally polluted with foodborne pathogens, and pathogens were resistant to different antibiotics.
