Fresh pacar air (Impatiens balsamina L) leaves have been used in treatment of wounds, swelling, scar treatments, fever and difficulty urinating in children. The purpose of this study was to determine the bio active compounds from pacar air (Impatiens balsamina L) leaves. This research was conducted to maximize utilization of this plant in the future. The extraction of this sample was carried out with two different methods: masceration using 70% alcohol and a non-solvent extraction. The bio active compound assay of leaves onpacar air (Impatiens balsamina L) were carried out by phytochemical test using certain reagents and total phenol assay using modified Folin Ciocalteu method which was carried out using UV-Vis spectrophotometer at wavelength 750 nm. The results of phytochemical screening showed that alcohol fraction and non-solventextraction of pacar air (Impatiens balsamina L) leaves contained alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, saponins. The total phenol alcohol of pacar air (Impatiens balsamina L) leaves is 8608.5 μg GAE/g.
