TECHNICAL ASPECT OF A CENTRALIZED DOMESTIC WASTE WATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN SUKOLILO DISTRICT,SURABAYA, INDONESIADWI AGUSTIANG NINGSIH, EDDY SETIADI SOEDJONO AND NURINA FITRIANIAbstract Sukolilo district will apply centralize domestic wastewater management system (CDWMS) plan in the future. CDWMS application based on the strategic plan of system and infrastructure development of Surabaya 2015-2034 is centralized Wastewater Treatment Plan. It is necessary to conduct a study about CDWMS for its technical aspect. Analyze technical aspect,examination of alternative locations and the technologies that suite to criteria of CDWMS. The result of this study indicates that in Sukolilo district, the locations that is suitable for the CDWMS are sub-districts of Medokan Semampir, Semolowaru, and Keputih. Medokan Semampir and Semolowaru are suited to applying CDWMS with resident scale which covers 200 households using ABR-AF with land of69.18 m2. Keputih is suitable for the city-scale service using oxidation ditch which 0.5 ha for existing land that coverage about 9,000 households service.
