Abstract

The work herein considers computation of heat quantity in the single circuit solar system with thermo siphon circulation. The researchers have developed a new type of the flat-plate solar collector which has a number of advantages, both according to value and outside dimensions. For rational heat picking up from heat-transmitting flat-plate solar collectors and simplifying the solar system operations, it is profitable to have the system thereof operating with thermo siphon circulation. We have calculated the coefficient of the thermal detector filling and the single circuit solar system performance. Proceeding from computation it can be said, that the given flat plate solar collector with a thermo siphon has 1,5 times higher performance, it proves that the system might work in any geographical areas.
