Abstract

This article presents the results of microbiological analysis of the main physiological groups of microorganisms in soil samples taken from the Akzhaiyk nature reserve in the city of Atyrau, Republic of Kazakhstan. The samples were selected in the spring, summer and fall periods of 2016 and 2017. Fifteen samples were collected in each season. Microbial identification of the samples was carried out as well. According to the results of the identification, representatives of the genera Bacillus, Pseudomonas, Rhodococcus, Microbacter and Bacterium were found among heterotrophic bacteria in all seasons. Among them, the bacteria of the Bacillus genus were the most frequently identified. During the identification of filamentous fungi, the frequent manifestation of Penicillium fungi in all samples was established. Microorganisms of the genera Aspergillus and Mucor were also identified. Among actinomycetes, representatives of the Helvolus, Albocoloratus and Chromogenes series were encountered in the soil samples.
