PROTEIN CONCENTRATION ON PLATELET RICH PLASMA-1 INDUCED BY EXOGENOUS AGENTACHMAD ZAKI, NURLAELY MIDA AND SARAH AT TAUHIDAHAbstract The result of this research is a protocol for making Platelet Rich Plasma-1 which is induced by Calcium Chloride (Calcium Chloride) and optimized. It shows that there is an increase of protein concentration on PRP-1 induced by CaCl2. The protein concentration level of PRP-1 induced by CaCl2 has a higher value (1.17915) compared with its negative control (0.46549).
