Immunoreactive E. histolytica proteins with IgG ranging between 0.1 to 0.9 and were recognized as 0.5 to 0.8 IgM and its not significant difference from IgA where the titer ranged between 0.5 to 0.9. also the Average of each value titter subjected in the study with high significant difference between them.
