EVALUATION OF HUMORAL IMMUNITY IN AMOEBIASISZ. N. Albarzanji, E.R. Sarhat and M.N. MahmoodAbstract To determine the profiles of anti-Entamoeba histolytica (E. histolytica) IgA, IgG, and IgM in patient individuals compared with control healthy. The present study subjected during the 1st October 2015 to the 1st April 2016 and focused on the determine the abnormality of Color of faces and type of feces in both sex results appeared significant difference p value 0.01 ** using t test between patients and healthy individual included in the present study, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) titer results showed that patients diarrheic individuals possess high levels of E. histolytica - specific IgG compared to IgA and IgM. ELISA data showed that fecal samples had higher mean reaction percentages against E. histolytica cells compared to control samples. Immunoreactive E. histolytica proteins with IgG ranging between 0.1 to 0.9 and were recognized as 0.5 to 0.8 IgM and its not significant difference from IgA where the titer ranged between 0.5 to 0.9. also the Average of each value titter subjected in the study with high significant difference between them.
