Abstract

The present research is to study the effects of salty coloride sodium in five saltiness areas 0-75 -100 - 150, 200 mmol NaCl in two fissures of colza 420 and Reinjet. This study was in the form of factorial test and completely was done in incidential scheme in 3 frequencies on some of physiological factors. The study was done in proteins electrophoresis models in SPS - PAGE on plants in wihness and maintenance. The electrophoretic pattern of double-digit root 420, Rinjet under treatment 75, 100, 150 and 200 mM NaCl was observed in response to increased salinity poly peptides or fade and remove some of the salt treatment. Image of Protein Electrophoresis root number 420, Bond novel 43 kDa in the treatment of 150 and 200 mM NaCl show the appearance of new bands of other molecular weight 80 kDa in the treatment of 150 mM is also reported. The increase in total protein in the leaves and roots during salt stress proteins shows that this is true. Protein Electrophoresis root files from the above-mentioned figure Rinjet treatment in response to 100 mM NaCl salinity treatments reduced staining of 6 proteins, respectively, from 57 to 60 - 62-80-83-150 kDa was 75-150-200 mM total protein in the treated leaves and roots were significantly increased compared to control (P<0/05). Reduction in the amount of proteins were treated with 100 mM. By comparing the electrophoretic pattern of proteins in roots of both cultivars 420 and Rinjet seem to figure 420 during salt stress more resistant and show only the two protein bands new 43 and 80 kDa in salt resistance was maintained. Since the roots of resistance to stress has been shown able to create new resistance bands, and this figure is reported to be more sensitive. The results of these two varieties have been reported.
