D.E. Rumyantsev and A.B. Zagreeva

Abstract

The Scholkovsky study-experimental forestry is situated in the Moscow region, not far from Moscow (less than 50 km). Since the second half of the XX century this area has belonged to Moscow Forestry Institute (later Moscow State University of Forest) and has been used as the place for summer educational practices for students. From the second half of the XX century to the present day the urbanization impact on the area has been continuously increasing. Now, the most significant antropogenic factor for the phytocenosis of the Scholkovsky study-experimental forestry is a high recreation level because of intensive construction of cottages at the adjacent territories. So, floristically features of the local ecosystem are transformed. This article summarizes data on the Scholkowsky forests herbaceous plant flora and considers the rare species.
