STUDIES TO DETERMINE THE PERFORMANCE PARAMETERS OF MESOPHILIC BIOGAS PLANTS WITH A LOW DIGESTER

Abstract

With the proper selection of the technology of decontamination and utilization, the manure of cattle is converted not only into an effective mineralized organic fertilizer, but also into a vitamin supplement to the animal ration, and into a sufficiently high-quality and affordable insulating material. All these products can be obtained by using anaerobic technology for the processing of manure in biogas plants. During the fermentation process, a co-product is also produced in the form of biogas. It is the volume of biogas produced that assesses the efficiency of a particular biogas technology.
