Abstract

The aim of the article is the acquaintance with the technology elaboration for the full metalsextraction using the secondary tails without any restrictions on sanitary conditions simultaneouslyreducing the ecological load on environment. The methods of proof comprise the systemizationand critical analysis of the publications concerning the ore enrichment and retreatment tails, theresults of the technological and economic research, the retrospective evaluation and scientificprediction of perspectives. The brief information on mechanochemical technology of metalsleachingin disintegrator is presented. The technology link with the nature protection technologyof the deposits mining by technogenic holes filling with the hardening mixtures is shown. Theexperimental research results of the metallic components extraction in solution by comparing theagitation leaching methods and leaching in disintegrator are set out. The similar research resultson the enrichment tails of the iron ores and coal are presented. It is clear that the non – wastedisposal of the metal contains wastes can be profitable even without product manufacturing interms of the environment ecology bettering and the efficiency determination model isrecommended. Some aspects of the mechanochemical technology objects properties changes arestressed. The correctness of the mechanochemical leaching technology in disintegrator isexperimentally proved on various mineral types and leads to the conclusion that non – wastedisposal of the metal containing waste can be used for the restoration and strengthening of themines potential in the producing regions ecology.
