CYTOTOXIC ACTIVITY OF PHYLLANTHUS FRATERNUSSURYAKANT B. KENGAR, ATUL R. CHOPADE AND GANESH H. WADKARAbstract Scientific studies have confirmed the medicinal uses of species of the genus Phyllanthus. While effects of the hydroethanolic extract of Phyllanthus fraternus on Brine shrimp lethality assay using their different concentrations has not been previously reported. Present study shows that the hydroethanolic extract of Phyllanthus fraternus exhibits cytotoxic activity.
