MEASURES OF RESPONSIBILITY OF JURIDICAL PERSONS FOR ECOLOGICAL OFFENSES

Abstract

The economic development of our country, the increase in production and consumption in the society along with indicators of concrete dynamics of security and consumption of the population effects on the human environment due to the increased load on the ecological system of solid domestic, industrial and other types of waste. By studying the classification of ecological offenses, the author supports the view of a number of scientists conducting this classification on the following criteria: a) the subject - on the committed officials, citizens, juridical persons; b) on the subjective side - committed to guilty, i.e. willfully and recklessly, without cause; c) a source of law contained a rule of conduct and sanctions for its violation - provided only on ecological legislation, but other (eg, criminal) law, both of them; d) to the proper entity, empowered to implement the measures of juridical responsibility - at punishable by judicial and administrative authorities (officials) and international judicial and administrative authorities.
