Abstract

Beauty clinics are places where people avail services to pamper themselves to minimize their stress level by building confidence through beautification. Various services like manicure, pedicure, facial treatments, massage, hair styling, threading are provided by beauticians. As beauty clinics are available in huge numbers, choosing right parlors is an important task for a customer and provision of healthy environment is an important task in beauty clinic operator’s part. But selecting a beauty parlor by a person is dependent on provision of healthy environment by the service provider. The effectiveness of service to the client is based on the operative effectiveness. Various problems relating to occupational health issues can be reduced to greater extent by proper operative measures. This paper tries to address the awareness level about the occupational operative measures and the various factors influencing the operative measures in beauty clinic business.
