THE COMPRESSION OF CLIMATIC COMFORT FROM HISTORICAL MUSEUM SITES OF BOUYE BY EVANS, GIVONI AND OLGAY METHODS

Abstract

This paper investigates the thermal comfort by undersign the interactions between the prevailing climate, the urban form and roughness. Thermal comfort is condition of mind, which expresses satisfaction with the thermal environment. One of the effective factors on life, human’s health and comfort, is climatic conditions. In this research we evaluated the comfort or lack of comfort of human based on models Evans, and Givoni and Olgay method by using of data which is collected from the nearest weather station in a period of 20 years. The results have shown that the best months for tourists’ excursion are according to Evans method are May, June, July, August and September but Olgay method in July month.
