EFFECTS OF JOB SATISFACTION ON PERFORMANCE OF RURAL GOVERNORS IN VILLAGES OF BEHNAMIR COUNTY, BABOLSAR

Abstract

This research studied the effects of job satisfaction on performance of rural governors in Bahnemir District of Babolsar by asking this main question: how does job satisfaction influence the performance of Rural governors? A questionnaire was developed and completed by the rural governors in 17 villagers covered in the study to test the hypotheses of the research. Results obtained from the questionnaires showed that 94.12 percent of the rural governors believed job satisfaction had strong to very strong effects on their performance and, hence, the hypothesis was confirmed.
