ESTIMATED VALUE OF KOHSANGY PARK BY USING DUAL CONTINGENT VALUATION METHOD

Abstract

Kohsangy is one of the oldest and the most memorable resort of Mashhad. Therefore, study about estimated value can be beneficial for predicting and solving shortages and developing tourism. In curren research, we evaluated estimated value by using dual contingent valuation method. We collected data fill questionnaire and interview 200 visitors. Results of research indicated that visitors tend to pay 9519 Rial for visiting a day and income of this park is 14594006700 Rials annually. Furthermore, variables like age, income, visitors, quality of park, interest in the environment and length of visiting park had positive impact on visitors, however, proposed rising prices may be a deterrant.
