BocharovaAbstract As a result of long-tern selected work at the fruit farming chair of MichSAU the hybrid forms of apple-tree with high content of biologically active substances in fruits have been obtained. From the fruits of four forms the products with high content of soluble solids, organic acids, sugars were prepared. The obtained hybrid forms of apple-tree are valuable raw material for food-canning industry and they can be used for preparation of different types of products.
