Abstract

The main objective of the study was to investigate the influence of objective factors such as a gender and organizational culture on self-satisfaction and the ability to self-fulfillment of the individual. The results of empirical studies show the implicit aspects of influence of these factors in evaluating the future style of top management, management techniques, etc.
