Taking into consideration conceptions and principles of entrepreneurship as detached direction of economic science in this paper approach to commercialization of innovation projects using road maps technology is presented in this paper. Project's life-cycle conception in the terms of innovative approach to creation of entrepreneurial ideas at corporative level is presented. In this paper some efforts to combine processes of innovation project's life-cycle with formalized road map representation are undertaken. The principles and basic methods of road maps construction are given taking into consideration processes of creation, promotion and commercialization of innovative entrepreneurial ideas at corporative level of management. Approach presented in this paper enables to formulate principles and technology of commercialization of innovation projects relying on the concepts of innovative entrepreneurship and management in the terms of resource constrained tasks and business planning taking into consideration possibilities of phase-oriented investment. Phase-oriented investment includes pre-startup phase and finishes with production and selling business stages of project's life-cycle. Some variants of improvement of process of commercialization of perspective innovative projects are proposed. These improvements may rely on resource planning, forecasting, and promotion of innovative projects in the form of road maps taking into consideration the possibilities of modern software tools
