KATARIA AND YOGESH KUMAR SINGHAbstract Preliminary physico-chemical analysis was done to assess the quality of water for its best use like drinking, irrigation, fisheries and helpful in to understand the complex processes, interaction between the climate and biological process in the water. In the present study it has attempted to assess water quality of Kaliasot Dam for duration of four months (March to June 08).
