SCREENING OF FUNGUS IN ANTI-MICROBIAL HERB TECOMA STANS (L) KUNTH EX HBK - A MICROBIOLOGICAL EVALUATIONC.S. SENTHILKUMAR, M. SURESHKUMAR, E.G. WESLEY AND M. RAJASEKARA PANDIANAbstract Various plant fungus were isolated from Tecoma stans (L) Kunth Ex HBK in four distinct fungal medium enabling us to evaluate the diversity of pathogens in the valuable medicinal herb. Infected leaf scrapings cultured in different fungal media and Lacto phenol cotton blue staining influenced the study of pathogens under the microscope.
