WATER QUALITY OF WELL WATERS IN AND ARROUND YELLUR VILLAGE OF BELGAUM (KARNATAKA), INDIAB.N. SUNKADAbstract Fifteen ground water samples were collected in Yallur (Belgaum) village for analysis to assess the water quality. The results of the water analysis indicates that there are variation in physicochemical parameters. Most of them are moderate to good but hardness is higher at all the sites except at site number 15. Other water quality parameters were within limits.
