COMMUNICATION APPROACH FOR INFORMATION TRANSFER ABOUT HEALTH BENEFITS OF FERMENTED FOODS

Abstract

The Present study was done to assess the knowledge of fermented foods amongst Science students in Nashik city. 150 students were randomly selected for the study. There students filled a Questionnaire as pretest. They were then exposed to a Power Point presentation CD about various aspects of fermented foods. The students then answered the same Questionnaire as post test. The scores of the pre-test and posttest were analysed by T-test. A significant difference in the T values suggests that the developed communication medium has influenced the students positively.
