AmboreAbstract Fluoride is an essential trace element required by human being in small quantity.The present work has been carried out to study the level of fluoride content in the ground water. Thirty ground water samples were collected from Hingoli region. Concentration of fluoride in hand pumps in drinking water in Hingoli region vary between 0.2 mg/L to 2.3 mg/ L. In the present paper the fluoride content in different hand pumps drinking water of Hingoli region and their effect on school going children and different age group of humans are reported.
