Abstract

The present investigations has been carried out to assess the influence of copper sulphate on germination, growth and yield of Soybean Glycine max (L.) Merr. The result showed that cent per cent (100%) germination and best seedling growth occurred at control. There was a progressive decline in germination percentage and seeding growth with increasing copper sulphate concentration. Field studies were conducted in the same manner. The soybean crop was raised in the experimental plots of Imx Im size. The experimental results showed that better growth of the crop occurred at control. There was decreasing trend in all growth parameters with increase in copper sulphate concentration.
