SOURCE-WISE BLOOD SMEAR COLLECTION AND POSITIVES OF MALARIA FROM VARIOUS DISTRICTS OF ANDHRA PRADESH -I

Abstract

The present study reports sourcewise blood smear collection and positives of Malaria from various districts of Andhra Pradesh during I 993-94 and I 994-95. It is a preliminary survey to provide a base for the further investigations of seasonal incidence of Malaria, sex-wise prevalence of positives and the prevalence of Malaria in different age groups. The present paper being the first of the series.
