CONTAMINATION OF FLUORIDE IN GROUNDWATER OF ADANKARKULAM PANCHAYAT IN TIRUNELVELI DIST.,T.N., INDIA

Abstract

This paper deals with contamination of fluoride in groundwater and other water quality parameters in groundwater were analysed. These parameters were recorded by means of collecting 14 samples of drinking water from different parts of six villages of this region. The concentration of fluoride varies from 2.0 ppm to 5.0 ppm and it also shows the percentage of people affected by fluorosis.
