Abstract

The paper reports impact of availability of water from man-made reservoirs on agricultural productivity in Tasgaon area of Maharashtra. Cropping patterns were found to be changed from cereals and pulses to crops like wheat, grapes and gram. There was district improvement in financial status of villagers.
