EFFECT OF PLANT GROWTH REGULATORS ON GROWTH, CORM AND CORMELS PRODUCTION OF GLADIOLUS (GLADIOLUS- GRANDIFLORM I.) CV. SANCERREER.V.Patil and S.N. GohilAbstract Gladiolus cv. "Sancerree' plants were sprayed at 4 and 6 leaf stage after planting with different concentrations of NAA, GA, and Ethrel. The results revealed that spraying of GA, 100mg/L produced the maximum length of longest leaf, leaf area, more number, heaviest and diameter of corm and cormels. While application of Ethrel 0.500 ml/L recorded the minimum length of longest leaf and NAA 200 mg/L, recorded the minimum weight of cormels under South Gujarat conditions.
