The values obtained were compared with standards of ISI, ICMR, WHO and USPH Standards. From the observations most of samples inferred that the concentration of pH, Ca2+, Mg2+, 5042, TH, DO, BOD and F are within permissible limits of ICMR & WHO but TDS, NO - and EC values shows that poor water quality in most of the ground water samples taken from different sites.
