NUTRITIONAL ANALYSIS OF FIVE ELITE BANANA CUT:IP/ARS OF INDIAVIDHYA RAMASWAMY AND JISHA JOSEAbstract The nutritional analysis of elite cultivars of Tamil Nadu and Kerala was carried out in the edible fruit pulp region. The minerals, vitamins, fat, fiber, micro and macro nutrients were compared among the different cultivars. The popularization of certain rare cultivars highlighting its nutrient profile is reported in this article.
