A newly designed Biopreserver (pyramid) was employed for in vitro culture of Solarium trilobatum L. a medicinal plant using nodal explants. High frequency of multiple shoots were noticed in cultures incubated in Biopreserver than the cultures incubated in normal incubation room conditions.
